BSP Hydraulics Ltd only retain information for as long as deemed necessary, and we never share any information with any third parties, except our sister company ARS Anglian Diesels Ltd.

When we process your orders or enquires, we collect and store information, including company name, billing & shipping address, email address, telephone number, mobile numbers, bank account details and named contact business person. 

All of the above contact details are stored on our inhouse system, SAGE accounts, together with your transactional history. It is necessary for us to store this data in order to enable us to provide you with a smooth process each time you purchase from us. Please be assured that we do not store any payment information such as payment card details. 

How we collect:

We may collect your data when provided over the phone, via email or in person. Additionally, if you open a credit account with us, we store the information on our SAGE accounts software and we securely store the document you have filled out. If you consent to us contacting you via email, post or telephone, we will hold your contact information in our email marketing platform.

We may contact you to keep you informed about our products, news and offers. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by emailing sales@bsphydraulics.co.uk. Or writing to our registered address.

When you interact with our website bsphydraulics.nmstaging.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, and we use Cookies, to understand how users navigate our site and it provides us with a summary of statistics to help us improve our content. The cookies are collected anonymously.

Any information regarding our business relationship is only retained for as long as deemed necessary by BSP Hydraulics Ltd. Additionally, we only store information for periods of time inline with legal and regulatory requirements or guidance.
